DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

"Online Assistance": all the services of assistance with the management of the account, the subscriptions, the procedures for lost or stolen phones which the Customer benefits through the Customer service. As part of subscribing to a Subscription, the Company makes available to the Customer a Support Service with Advisors available by phone, chat and e-mail for any questions or questions on the Website and Services.
